We are an appointment only service: you can make an initial appointment by phone, email or online.
We deal with all enquiries promptly, sensitively and in confidence.
Phone 01892 548750 between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday when there will be someone to take your call in person. Outside these times there is a confidential voice mail system for your message.

Christmas & New Year Opening Hours
The Centre will close at midday on Wednesday 23 December 2026 and reopen on Monday 4 January 2027.
