The Counselling Centre is committed to providing high quality, professional counselling and training.

We strive to understand what went wrong if we fall short of the standards which might be expected, and, wherever possible to take steps to improve. Ongoing measurement and reflection practices facilitate ongoing improvements to the services we provide.

Anyone who is dissatisfied with the service they have received from The Centre, or has concerns of any type about an experience with us can make a complaint or a suggestion about what might be done to improve things.
