The Counselling Centre - Tunbridge Wells
What we offer
We provide a safe confidential place to talk to a skilled counsellor who is psychodynamically trained. This means that they will listen and help you understand how past experiences, worries about the future, or lack of self-confidence may be affecting your life.
Your counsellor will not tell you what to do, or give advice or guidance but will help you make your own choices.
The counselling may be over an open ended period of time or brief focussed for an agreed number of weeks. We will work with you to decide what is most appropriate for you.
Individual one to one counselling
Open ended counselling
Long term counselling, which is not readily available on the NHS, offers an opportunity to explore your difficulties without limiting the number of sessions. This enables you to explore many areas of your life.
This counselling is suitable for you if you have a particular issue to focus on which can be worked with over a period of 12 weeks.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Counselling Centre can provide a confidential service which is tailored to your business, and to your employees, to help them overcome any issues that may impact their work. The Centre can provide short-term or long-term counselling. Our EAP counselling service is available at the Centre during work hours, after work and at the weekend to suit individuals' needs.
