Do your employees need counselling?

More and more organisations are using Employee Assistance Programmes to add value to an employee's package and to show that they are mindful about their employee's well-being. They are also demonstrating that they are aware of their Health and Safety obligations.
One in 10 workers has taken time off work for depression. There are many issues that affect everyone from time to time, not necessarily just issues related to work pressures and stress. An employee may suddenly find he or she is having to cope with, for example, depression, bereavement, children leaving home or low self-esteem as well as tackling a demanding job.
Involvement in the scheme can cost nothing to the employer. Costs are only incurred if and when counselling is actually provided to employees.

How can the Counselling Centre help?

The Counselling Centre can provide a confidential service which is tailored to your business, and to your employees, to help them overcome any issues that may impact their work. The Centre can provide short-term and long-term counselling. Our EAP counselling service is available at the Centre during work hours, after work and at the weekend to suit individuals' needs.

Why choose the Counselling Centre?

We provide a professional counselling service and have been doing so for 30 years. We are accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). We will work closely with you to tailor the Employee Assistance Programme to your needs and help you make your employees aware of the benefits of the service you are making available to them.
