Complaints Policy

The Counselling Centre is committed to providing high quality, professional counselling and training. We strive to understand what went wrong if we fall short of the standards which might be expected, and, wherever possible take steps to improve. Ongoing measurement, reflection and improvement practices are in use to facilitate ongoing improvements.

Anyone who is unhappy about the service received from The Centre, or anyone with concerns about any experience with us can make a complaint or suggestion about what might be done to improve things.
