We are a registered charity & specialists in the psychodynamic approach, and it is our mission to make counselling available & affordable, for as long as it is needed.

From the moment you contact us, we’ll offer an initial appointment within two weeks. Our counsellors specialize in helping you address difficulties, build resilience, and create long-lasting positive change.
