Funding
TCC is a non-profit making charity which aims to provide affordable counselling. Whilst our counselling sessions cost £45 one of the key aims of the charity is to make counselling available to all, irrespective of their ability to pay. To enable us to achieve this we raise funds and seek sponsorship for our Assisted Place Scheme. We are most grateful to all those who support us.
2011
In March and August this year we received two generous donations totalling £200 from the Paddock Wood and District Lioness club.
In May this year we received a generous donation of £500 from the Kent People's Trust.
LONDON MARATHON 2011
Each year we are lucky to have a hero to run the gruelling London Marathon for us. This year we were privileged to have two runners - Samantha Reeves and Tom Wooster. Between them they raised £2167 for the Centre. We are so grateful to them both. See our news items for pictures.
2010
In 2010, TCC received donations from The Tory Family Foundation, The Leonard Trust, The Trueman Trust, The Headley Pitt Charitable Trust and The local Rotary Clubs. We are extremely grateful for these generous contributions.
Our general fund raising in 2010 has included a sponsored sky dive by Pete Stokes which raised £550.
